1. To place a reservation on an appointment, you will need to place a hold using a valid credit card. Your appointment has not been fully reserved until you are contacted by HNB MediSkin by phone to verify your appointment request.
2. The time needed for the services that you schedule is reserved for you. If you need to cancel a reservation, we kindly ask that you let us know at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. Please call us at (714) 533-3737 if you would like to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
3. We reserve the right to charge your credit card if the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice, as required by this policy. Any changes or cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be charged for the full appointment cost.
4. When you have booked a promotional or discount service (such as our weekly e-mail specials), then your card will be charged within 48 hours of submitting the reservation form. Your appointment has not been fully reserved until you are contacted by HNB MediSkin by phone to verify your appointment request. We do not offer refunds for these types of services.
